Turkey Trots are cool, but have y’all ever tried a Black Friday Trot? Basically the same, just in reverse. 🍽🏃🏻‍♀️And without the costumes, 🦃 prizes, spectators, or competitors. So not very similar at all, but still a good effort and a good time 😉

I’ve been more conservative than usual this break, knowing that this next year is a big one and that the Marathon Trials will roll right into track season. After 2 weeks off my legs and 2 weeks easing back in, I’m back in business and ready to work! 🏃🏻‍♀️💼 #marathon #halfmarathon #10k #2020

Sometimes that last stretch is a death march. ➡️ Other times it’s a strong push to pretzels! 🥨 I experienced both types this season. Though not equally enjoyable, they are both necessary and valuable. As I enter my next buildup (Olympic Trials!), I’ll be amplifying what worked and tinkering with what didn’t so that 2020 is my strongest year yet. 💪🏽 (PC: @daniel.tnf.autographs / @twinsruninourfamily)
