To me, eating for performance usually means rifling through my favorite cookbooks and food blogs, shopping at grocery stores and farmers’ markets, and cooking meals from scratch at home. But as much as I enjoy messing around in the kitchen and feeding people I love, it’s luxurious every now and then to plop down in a restaurant booth, order something out of my repertoire, and let someone else do the legwork.
